AMAZING PRODUCT!
This perfectly sized make up pallet is a real life saver! I would normally use the back of my hand for mixing and applying my beauty products. But unfortunately, my make up would eventually smudge from the back of my hand on to my clothes or other personal items. This pallet is the perfect size and is also very hygienic. I try to be very careful about what I put on my face and I would never want to spread bacteria onto it. The double sided spatula is such a big bonus. It's perfect in getting the very last drops of your foundation from the container. It is completed by a black leather case. The case is sure to protect it from any damage and the slot for the spatula ensures I won't misplace it anytime soon. A portable surface that's easy to keep sanitary for applying makeup
I have so been wanting to get one of these stainless steel makeup palettes and this one by MOKALE is just perfect for my needs! I really didn't need it for the purpose of a "palette" used for mixing makeup colors, I wanted it for 1) a place to squeeze out makeup products that come in tubes, 2) a place to portion out eye liner / eyebrow products that come in jars that dry out ever so quickly because you leave them open too long while you are applying the product and 3) to have an easy to maintain and carry with me portable surface that I can keep sanitary to use my makeup as described in 1 and 2, but also to lay the ends of my brushes / applicators as I'm using them. I think it is great. The size is perfect, and it comes with a leather pouch to carry it in. The underneath is a kind of a cushiony pad (kind of hard to describe) which keeps it kind of like a shock absorber for the surface and also keeps it from sliding around. The spatula type tool makes it easy to get products out of the little jars I use. I use this at home and when I travel, and I just clean it with a microfiber cloth and also with an alcohol free hand sanitizer product everyone other day. And it isn't so big that it takes up a lot of the limited space on my bathroom vanity. This was a very good choice to add to my makeup bag. Good palette for the price
Packaging is always important, and while it was minimal, it fit with the overall scheme of the product. Some of my first thoughts on the product were regarding how shiny the palette was. It has a mirror like finish with a very small matte logo for MOKALE that looks very nice. Next, I looked at the leather casing for the spatula and palette. The leather case protects both the spatula and the palette itself very well, and the MOKALE logo is embossed on the leather as well matching up with the palette. There is a separate compartment for the spatula and it fits perfectly with a little groove to place the curved end of the spatula up to make it easier to remove from the case. The spatula is made of the same stainless steel the the palette is, it is just slightly heavier. It is double ended with a mixing end as well as the pointed end for drawing designs in the makeup before sponging on to the face. Overall, I enjoy the palette quite a bit and just in case I have a makeup emergency during the day, it is a staple in my travel makeup bag. I just have to purchase another one for home use only, and at this price I believe I will.<br /><br />Note: I received this product at a very slight discount en exchange for an honest, no holds barred review.
Great for mixing!
I wanted this because being a cosmetologist & I sometimes do makeup for special events. I don't like mixing foundations on a plate or on the back of my hand. This is small enough to fit in my kit but large enough to mix a few different foundations on the pallet. I also love mixing in a drop of oil or moisturizer in with my foundation...makes it go on so smooth & look so good. This pallet will make my makeup applications much easier & it looks professional for when I'm using it for makeup application on clients.

I just place the bleaching things on here and mix them around and apply them. It is a lot better than boring ol plastic like what I used to use. It feels like incredible quality. I use it about once a week, and even so it still looks brand new. It is so shiny despite being used all the time! Also the leather hasn't worn or become weak, it is still stiff and strong. It doesn't scratch or make weird noises when I'm mixing the bleach mixture, I thought it would squeak like a chalkboard but its really smooth.
This palette and spatula set is ABSOLUTELY a necessity for your makeup collection!!
Before purchasing this palette I have used the back of my hand to mix foundations, concealers, and BBcreams. When using the back of your hand you run into at least 2 issues: (1) Your skin absorbs the liquid makeup causing you to waste product as you need to continuously add more, (2) It is not sanitary both for doing your own makeup or for freelance jobs on clients. I hate having to be EXTRA careful while finishing up my makeup, because let's be real, I'm clumsy! So it never fails, EVERY time I have used the back of my hand as a "make shift palette", I get product either on my clothes or my furniture and it drives me crazy. This palette and spatula make it so there is no mess whatsoever. It cleans like a dream and it just prevents the product from being wasted in any way. It is super luxurious feeling and quite heavy (in a good way) not flimsy whatsoever! I love the case that it comes in for easy storage. I am in the middle of creating my first freelance kit and I'm just so happy i bought this in time for my first gig! I would like to note that in exchange for only my 100% HONEST review, I did receive this item at a discounted rate, but I am truly so impressed that I will be purchasing one for a friend at full price. You will not be disappointed with this purchase, I guarantee it!
NEW EXPERIENCE
THIS MAKEUP PLATE IS A NEW CONCEPT FOR ME. I AM HAVING A GREAT TIME EXPERIMENTING WITH THIS PALETTE. THE SPATULA TOOL HAS TWO TYPES OF TIPS. ONE END IS POINTED AND BENT USED TO CUT AND CHOP. THE OTHER END IS FLAT AND KIND OF SQUARE WITH ROUNDED CORNERS USED TO APPLY. I HAVE BEEN MIXING FOUNDATION, LIP COLORS AND EYE SHADOW. ALSO, I MIXED SOME MOISTURIZERS THAT HAVE DIFFERENT INGREDIENTS. I LIKE THEM MIXED RATHER THAN APPLIED ONE OF TOP OF THE OTHER. THE LEATHER CASE HAS TWO COMPARTMENTS. ONE IS FOR THE STAINLESS STEEL SPATULA WHICH IS ABOUT FIVE INCHES. THE OTHER IS FOR THE STAINLESS STEEL PLATE WHICH IS ABOUT SIX BY FOUR INCHES. THE PLATE IS MIRROR LIKE. THE STAINLESS STEEL MAKES FOR EASY AND SANITARY CLEANING. I RECEIVED A DISCOUNT WHEN PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT FOR MY HONEST REVIEW.

3 x 4.5 cosmetic mixing sheet. The size is good if you want to hold it by the tips of your fingers. It is small enough to have a finger on each side and hold it sturdy while mixing with the other hand. Talking about mixing, The mixing wand has a paddle on one end and a bent point on the other. It is also very ornate. A leather case with a separate section for the wand.<br /><br />I thought I would miss my old one with a thumb slot. This one is okay until I can find one like I had. This smaller size is okay if you're not a busy makeup artist. I will be using this smaller size at home versus at a venue.<br /><br />Definitely has a professional feel to it. The leather case is a nice touch.<br /><br />The quid pro quo, discount for review, has had no influence on my opinion.
