Amazing Product and Excellent Service!!

I missed actually receiving my first order of hair because I was out of town. Not only was my customer service agent Lily Unbelievably helpful, but she did her best to make sure the product was rerouted to me without me having to incur the cost. Every day she would check in and keep me updated. This was not even me is necessary because I was the one that missed the package delivery. The hair is soft, beautiful and natural looking.
