This product was a great value for the money. After exchanging the first order because the color didn’t quite match up, I received the perfect match! Exchange was very easy - I went through my Amazon account to have FedEx pick up the product return at my front door! The next delivery came quickly and I had my messy bun put on in seconds! I hadn’t seen a friend of mine for months due to Covid and recently ran into her while wearing this piece. After saying hello, her next comment was “oh my goodness, your hair has really grown!“ I actually have fairly fine hair, although long, but when I put it into a bun or ponytail I might as well be bald. No volume or height on top of my head. Receiving this comment from my friend was pretty exciting because she couldn’t tell the difference between my hair color and the added piece and fact the piece made a natural-looking bun made me so happy!! Great purchase! I am thinking of seeing if the company has other hair pieces.
