I feel like it's less damaging than acetone.
Only meant for gel polish! Works well when used correctly
This is ONLY meant for GEL polish NOT for acrylic powder, dip powder, Poly gel, or builder gel. Why? I donโt know. Iโm guessing whatever chemicals in it breakdown the gel polish wonโt breakdown the acrylic powder, dip powder, Poly gel, or builder gel in the same way.<br /><br />This works great! I have tried other gel polish remover before and they just donโt feel right on the nail. Itโs hard to describe, but itโs just a weird feeling I get in my nail bed when Iโve applied them. Iโve been trying out different ones hoping to find one that doesnโt feel like that and works really wellโฆI finally found one!<br /><br />This is easy to use.<br />-USE NAIL FILE TO REMOVE TOP COAT. This step is important. A lot of people think this step isnโt necessary with a gel polish remover like this. That itโll remove the top coat too. It might, I havenโt tried it. But, Iโm guessing it wouldnโt do it as quickly and easily. Just take a nail file and lightly buff off the top coat. It doesnโt take much.<br />-Apply a thin coat of the gel polish remover just like you would any nail polish<br />-Let it sit for 3-8 minutes. It will start to crack/bubble.<br />-Take a cuticle pusher and use it to push off the nail polish. It should push off easily. You can always add another coat of the remover if itโs not fully off.<br /><br />I found for me with 2 coats of gel polish on, it usually took me about 10 minutes from start to finish. So much easier than acetone or even a drill! As long as you remove the top coat by filing it off before applying this remover and give it time to work and soften the polish, itโs easy to scrape off!<br /><br />As a side note, even though this says itโs not meant for acrylic powder, dip powder, builder gel, or Poly gels, I tried it with dip powder. It worked well but did take longer for it to crack/bubble and I had to do 2 coats of the remover. It also worked much better when it was a solid color dip powder and not a dip powder with glitter in it.

One thing to note about my testing of this product: I did it on nail tips with builder gel underneath (it is clearly stated that this product will not remove builder gel or anything else other than gel polish)<br /><br />I followed the directions provided in the description. A few comments said that the instructions are not included in the packaging, and they are not, but they do include a step by step picture of how to use it in the description before you buy it and it's not hard to remember.<br /><br />I will say that I had to apply the product a couple of times to get the black off BUT I feel that if I did this on my natural nails it would provide a better result. Also, I would much rather do this, than soak them off with acetone.<br /><br />This product doesn't burn or leave your skin feeling dry and stripped of nourishment like acetone. You also HAVE TO BUFF AWAY THE TOP LAYER of your gel. Gel Top coat is relentless and you have to scrape it away even if you're soaking with acetone. I honestly think anyone who says it doesn't work, just didn't read the description.<br /><br />Overall, while its not as immediate of a process as depicted in the advertisement, it's still a vast improvement and much quicker than soaking your gel off, and much safer than picking them off.

All you need to do is coat your gel nails with this, wait and they begin to come off easily. Super easy to use. Great for anyone that does their own gel nails or just wants to remove gel nails from a professional. Recommend.

Came packaged very well, appreciate that in case there was any spillage, which there wasnโt, package was intact. The product works well, I can feel it working as soon as I applied it. I used the nail tool to remove the polish gently & it came off easily.

I like the concept it take a couple coats but it works
Hard to spread
Overall the product works as described. However I found the brush really didn't work well to apply and spread enough product evenly to be most effective. I've since ordered a better brush for application. To be most effective the product has to be applied slightly thick and most sit for about 8-12 minutes, which is longer than the recommended time. On my first nail I removed after 5 mins and a lot of polish remained. I reapplied to my other nails and used a toothpick to carefully spread a little better. My second nail was about 7 mins. The rest were over the 8 minute mark but a much more complete removal of polish. The warnings of allergic reactions were a little frightening so I was extra careful to not get on my skin so the edges of my nails next to the skin were a little harder to remove the polish. That's where the toothpick came handy and a better brush should make it even easier. Overall the product works and I will continue to try it out.
