Iโve been searching for a waterproof eyebrow pencil for a while and I think Iโve found the perfect one. It is a 3-1 pencil so I don't have to pull everything out of my makeup bag to do my brows. I have thin brows and this definitely did the trick! It comes with a brush, a smudger, and a waterproof pencil. I love it and to think I just went and bought two regular brow pencils the other day that I have to keep reapplying throughout the day.
