The picture of the product that shows a flip-up lid WAS INCORRECT!! I expected a cap with a hinge as the detail picture showed, so that the top would flip up to reveal a hole in the surface of the cap. Shampoo is thick and gel-like, and needs a large hole in order to escape. Well, the actual lid which arrived is a simple push-down on one edge and the other edge pops up slightly to reveal a small hole in the side of the edge that popped up. That type of cap is called "disc", not a "flip-up" as I thought I had bought.<br /><br />Well, I was surprised to discover a "have a question" phone number listed for the vendor JDH Enterprise, and I called it. Sure enough the owner picked up the phone and apologized profusely for the mistaken picture.
