Relieved it actually goes on my waterline

I've tried a few different eyeliners that are supposed to work on waterlines. A lot of them aren't creamy enough to actually make a mark and end up leaving my bottom eyelashes awkwardly flecked with white. This one does the job, though, thank goodness! It doesn't go on as easily as NYX's, but I'm still happy with it.

White eyeliner pencil

Liner woaRrks well but the liner inside the pencil breaks when sharpened. I do not like waste...and my pencil is wasting away. ☹️ Help!<br />In addition, I would like to change my 4 star rating to a 2 star rating. Thank you in advance for helping me. Cheryl Stroud
