They really do grip!
I have fine hair and needed something to hold my hair behind my ears as I am growing it out. These did the trick nicely. The only time I needed to readjust them was sometimes when taking a face mask off. Otherwise they stayed in place. Very happy with them and nice that there is a selection of colors.
