Great chair for the price point
The chair arrived in two boxes and was pretty easy to assemble. I would suggest having two people do the assembly. The first time we used it the chair worked fantastic. The second time we used it none of the airbags would work. I've contacted customer service for assistance and will leave an updated review once this is fixed.<br /><br />UPDATE:Customer service was fantastic!! They arranged for the first chair to be picked up and delivered the second chair. The chair works fantastic!! This chair is amazing for the price point, it gets daily use from the family. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would buy it again!
Very relaxing
The arms did not line up correctly. But we eventually got it together. Very nice massage. Absolutely favorite part is the foot massage part.

Great massage chair
This chair was relatively simple to put together by myself. The Allen wrench screws were a pain tho and the Carter PIN to lock the chair in place was impossible to get in because the two pieces were not in alignment. Not easy to set up but once it is itโs amazing
The screws and bolts didnโt match up very well which made it hard to assemble but it works great and is so comfortable. THE CHAIR COMES IN TWO DIFFERENT BOXES. They donโt necessarily tell you this since it only has one tracking number but if you contact the seller they will give you the second tracking number as well. I fully suggest this product.

Assembly instructions should be more detailed with upper side mounting screws.<br /><br />Personally I would suggest added back (dense) foam pads 3feet hight 12โ wide. And thicker seat pad.
