I was pleasantly surprised to find this item on Amazon. I am dealing with a toe infection. I purchased this product from my podiatrist and paid more than the Amazon price. It is the identical item. Recommend without qualification.

So glad I can get this on Amazon and don't have to buy from my Poliatrist who charges an outrageous price for. I like the product because it reduces toenail staining.

I'm reviewing this after I used it only once because you can really notice the difference from the first time! It smooths, cleans, slightly controls the discoloration especially in my nail toes from the first time which is a good thing.

apply this generously to each finger (make sure to put some under your nails as well) and spend 2 minutes scrubbing each nail nice and good and then rinse your fingers. Next, with the same nail brush or an old toothbrush, do the same thing with whitening toothpaste. You can repeat these steps if you need to but I didn't! I'm a smoker and a tanner with yellllloooowww nails and this did the trick. Nothing's more embarrassing then some ragged looking yellow finger nails.. Enjoy!<br /><br />oh- I also heard that denture tablets work wonders too!
