Before I can use the Ridge Filler I need to get my nails in a more healthy condition. I'm using the Nail Tek Intensive Therapy first. It also fills the ridges.

Fantastic product. I normally have natural long nails, but after abusing them with gel, my nails were wrecked. The acetone based soak off solution probably compounded the problem, totally drying my nails out and creating awful ridges.<br /><br />I decided to give this a try, and this actually works! I have used this continuously for 2 weeks, lightly buff the surface of my nails, apply 2 coats, let dry completely between each coat, then 2 coats of color and finished with a top coat. Not only does my manicure last beyond 3 days, it also seems to seal off all the edges so my nails don't flake anymore, and is able to grow long and strong again. Highly recommended. I will probably switch to a Nail Tek 2 or 3 once my nails are back to normal.
