Smells and works the same as other brands I've used. I use organic rosehip seed oil in almost all my diy skincare recipes. I've also used this brand of organic jojoba oil and it's wonderful. I use both of these oils because they're easily absorbed into the skin, which makes them great carrier oils for essential oils.
