It is easy to use and gives you smooth strands
I purchased this during prime deal days on a whim. I have thick, medium length, semi-wavy hair. It is easy to use and gives you smooth strands. With my type of hair, I got volume and style. My teen used it on her hair (wavy/curly, very long, medium thick) and she loved it. It is much easier for her to use than a straightener and it doesn't seem to damage her waves. She is able to straighten the top and let her natural waves flow on the ends. I am so happy with this purchase.
This brush/straightener works amazing with my thick hair
This brush/straightener works amazing with my thick hair. I tried it on my daughter's hair which is really fine and while it straightened it, she had to use a regular straightener to get the few waves left behind. If you have thicker hair I would recommend buying this product.

Amazing! I have struggled with my thick, wavy hair my entire life and had basically given up on straightening it because it took WAY too long. But this brush straightened all my hair in about 10 minutes, my arms did not get tired and sore, and I was not all sweaty and annoyed when I was finished. This is what success looks like, people! I went and ordered a second one for my teenaged daughter who was cursed (blessed?) with the same texture of hair as I have because this brush is so amazing. Highly recommend it to anyone with hair that is not curly enough to wear it curly, but too curly to wear it straight.
More natural looking smooth hair
Sturdy design. Is great for smooth waves but if you're looking for pin straight this might not be the product for you. I was worried I wouldn't be able to reach those shorter finer hairs but you definitely can. It's rather heavy so perhaps not ideal for travel.
I like it
I like the fact it cuts down on my straightening time but I have thick curly hair so I have to go back over it with an actual actual straight iron if im going some where because it doesn't necessarily lock in the straightened and it gets frizzy still. But I can brush it through my hair and get it almost all the way straight and go back and straighten in about 15 to 20 minutes unlike my hour and a half without the brush
