Fish Oil
I made this purchase because I read that fish oil is very beneficial to ones health. I take two capsules after lunch and I have never had any after taste. So, I think it is an excellent supplement. I will say that the pills are large and a bit difficult to swallow. So, if you have a difficult time taking large vitamins I don't think this size will work for you. Your best bet is to buy the same pill is a smaller mg. Have a great day too!

I like this form of Fish Oil as the concentration is what I need without fishy burps.
My Doctor Recommended
I have high cholesterol and aside from regular medications my doctor recommended that I take Fish Oil, ie prescription. I showed him this product and he approved Nature's Bounty. So I have taken it for years. Do take with a large glass of water, and recommend to take after you have eaten. Occasionally you will get the oops fishy burp.
