Skin Feels Dewey
Hydro Boost works well underneath layers of sunscreen, primer and foundation. It seems to absorb and doesn't cause the "pilling effect" on my skin that I often get with all the expensive department store serums and moisturizers. I'm new to this product, but my skin was very dry this winter and nothing I did seemed to add a little glow until I tried this a few days ago. Before bed, I've been topping it off with my other moisturizers.
