I've been using this moisturizer almost elusively since my dermatologist recommended it about 4-5 years ago. I'm one of those unlucky people with skin that is both dry and oily at the same time. Every other moisturizer I've tried on my face has either worn off after a few hours leaving my skin dry and flaky again, caused irritation, or left an unpleasant film behind. The only downside is that it smells a little funny (which fades after a minute or two), and the expense - but I find one bottle last me a few months so once you get past the "sticker shock", it's worth it.
