I tend to breakout a lot especially week prior to menstrual period. These pimple patches do a great job in minimizing pimple size and inflammation. I put it on at night before bed and when I wake up in the morning, the pimple is almost gone. It has good adhesion, mine did not come off during sleep. I definitely recommend.
