I would really suggest this for ANYONE, it's a good staple to have in your makeup kit.
I'm a huge fan of this eyeliner. I picked it up once on sale at an Ulta, and it's been my favorite ever since. It looks dark, but not overwhelmingly so like straight black does. It stays on REALLY well, and paired with some brown mascara, it's just great. The application isn't super precise like a liquid liner would be, but that doesn't bother me very much because of the little smudger on the other end of the pencil is good for wiping off mess ups without having to get a q tip. It stays on no matter what you're doing, whether it's dancing and sweating up a storm, or just an average day at work.
