Not a production of original brand owner, NYX ; non-water proof, slightly itchy for sensitive eyes

This discontinued product as of delivery on 07/15/2020 is not the same quality as of original brand owner , NYX . Despite the color remains exactly the same, very high pigmentation blue , the texture is oily , non waterproof , slightly discomfort , itchy upon application . The production is no longer suitable for mat, long lasting makeup and sensitive eyes . Very Sad to return .
