Great scent
The scent is awesome if you love coffee. Be forewarned it's not a mild scent. If you put it on in the morning You can still catch wiffs throughout the day. There's times I'm taking a shower in the evening and when the hot water touches it You can smell it. It's a great scent And it could be a pro or a con that it lasts all day

this Butter has been my in my daily beard routine since its been purchased. the butter feels great and scent is amazing.<br /><br />SCENT - more than anything I get a mix between dark chocolate and burnt sugar. The coffee scent in this beard butter is the least potent. expect more of a sweet cup of coffee. something in the realm of a vanilla or hazelnut iced coffee. This butter pairs very well with my Vanilla scented bear oil!<br /><br />HOLD - As mentioned in the overview of this product, there is basically no holding strength whatsoever. By no means this is a con for this product it being a butter. Personally as for now, my beard is approximately an inch and a half in length and i see no requirement to switch back to a balm.<br /><br />TEXTURE - So, I've seen two types of consistencies for beard butters. 1. cream like consistency that requires no break up with the palms of the hand in order to heat up and liquidize the product. 2. a wax like consistency that requires you to scoop the product with the top of your nail and requires you to rub on the palms of your hand in order to spread the solid state of the balm.<br />this butter is somewhat of a mix between both. I would say this is 80% consistency type 1 and 20% consistency type 2.
