This line uses the well-researched benefits of olive in order to create a skin care that rejuvenates and heals. This particular product is great for morning puffy eyes. I keep it in a cosmetics cooler in the bathroom so that it's colder than room temperature when I pat it on.<br />Makes you look bright eyed and ready for the day, even if you had a rough night.
Powerful Botanical Ingredient For Skin Changing Results
I've been reading a lot about the power of olives and olive oil lately. The Mediterranean, Ketogenic, and Paleogenic ways of eating all recommend olive oil as one of the best sources of healthy fats. As I learned more about olive oil, I found that the extracted oil from olive tree leaves has anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, including for use on skin. Research on the medicinal properties of this extract is ongoing, but early results are promising.<br /><br />Using Oliveda F64 Eye Elixer every morning for two weeks has made a slight difference in my skin. The elixir comes in a small brown glass bottle with a dropper. The elixir is pleasant smelling, which makes me a little uncomfortable. The ingredient list includes "parfum." I am not sure that I want parfum in a product that I'm applying around my eyes. The elixir is easily absorbed by my skin and does not leave a greasy or sticky texture. My makeup goes on so smoothly after I have applied the elixir. I have noticed that my crepe-looking lines and wrinkles are less noticeable after using the elixir regularly. Overall, I think this is a good product. It *is* expensive for the quantity you receive, however since you only need a couple of drops each day, the bottle will end up lasting a long time. The inclusion of perfume in an eye care product, and the price are the reasons I am giving this elixir a four-star review.
Slight, yet positive results seen after a couple of weeks.
I've been using this on my undereye "luggage" for several weeks now and see a bit of difference. The undereye area seems to be plumping up a bit. I'll continue using it. I've had good luck in the past with hyaluronic acid on my face in general so I had high expectations for this corrective lotion that also contains hydroxytyrosol. This is a concoction found in the olive leaf and has been getting a lot of press lately about its efficiency as a skin protector and rejuvenator.
