Excellent Product
I have used this product for years and have always been very pleased with the quality and effectiveness. It encourages curl but doesn't leave your hair with a 'sticky residue'.
Great product, hard to use
I have been using this brand for years and love it. They recently changed the packaging and I love it a little less as a result. They made the bottle taller and slimmer. With this new design, they made the tubing and the pump smaller so dispensing the cream is a real challenge, especially as it now has to travel further. I had to take off the top and "prime the pump" to get it to work. The cream is thick, the new pump is small, the new tube it has to travel through is thinner and the aperture it comes out of is smaller Returning to more reasonably sized pump and tubing would be a big improvement.
