Recommend for Heat Styling
This stuff is pure magic. I only recommend it for days when you plan to use heat styling tools on your hair. If you air dry, it will leave your hair a bit stiff and greasy looking, but if you blow dry and/or use a straightening iron, it creates sleek, healthy looking, feather soft hair. It minimizes the appearance of split ends and damage, and I believe it does improve the overall health of my hair. I have fine, long hair that naturally breaks and sheds once it reaches my mid back, but since I started using this a few months ago my hair has grown about an inch longer than it ever had been in my life and it's still very healthy, not needing a trim. I apply this to my hair while damp after washing about 2-3 times a week. The smell is very light and pleasant, reminds me of smells of tropical vacations -- kind of similar to the smells of some coconut tanning oils, though I cannot for the life of me pick up any distinct notes. I began using this after my go-to hair conditioner was out of stock locally for a month and my hair became very dry and damaged. After a few weeks of using this serum my hair is better than ever.
