Better than expected on my short hair cat!
I admit I was skeptical on this purchase at first. The longer flexible part works fairly well on my longer hair cat and she likes that part. The shorter and I thought less shedding cat, REALLY liked the shorter section and it took off tons of fur. I couldn't believe how much came off her, I had to keep using my opposite hand to take the build up off near her tail as the brush would be full after a few swipes. It's easy to swipe off the fur that does come off on the brush and it looks easy to clean. It also takes up less space on my desk and looks better than the normal brushes so I like that also. I'm now a fan.

My cat is very particular about his grooming tools, and I have a drawer of pet brushes he just won't tolerate, though he is fine with a flea type comb sometimes. I figured the curled rake brush might suit his fancy and the storage of the brushes to keep the bristles covered was enticing to me.<br /><br />It arrived and he LOVES it! I have never seen him so into being brushed and for more than a few strokes. He even showed his tummy and chin for a brushing! He ASKS to be brushed now.<br /><br />I love it for how easy it is to clean and it stores nicely without snagging anything else in the drawer.
