Always use at night . Seems to massage gums while brushing. Miss it when I go vacation. Do not take afraid someone might steal it.
Whiter Teeth
Was having some teeth issues and my Mom suggested I get one of these instead of a normal toothbrush, so I did just to try it out.<br /><br />My husband and I really enjoy it and both of our teeth are whiter now. I like the timer on it so you know you have brushed enough.<br /><br />And every two to three months you will need replacement heads, when the blue is gone you will know it is time.<br /><br />Sheri
Fabulous for kids...
I love this brush and so does my 8 year old! Some have complained that it does not compare with the Sonicare... no it doesn't! I use the Sonicare and it's great, but way too strong for my child's sensitive mouth. This brush is the perfect brush for children to get them in the habit of using a sonic brush. I'm just buying my second having worn out the first. The ONLY complaint I have is that the stem of the brush that takes the toothbrushes starts to rust after a few months. I would not recommend this brush for a grown up quite frankly, but every child should have one!
Braun Vitalty is very different from Philips Sonicare
At first I thought it wasn't doing anything because its not as powerful as a sonicare. However after two days use I am impressed favorably. It is not a vigorous brushing like sonicare. Its more like a massage for your teeth and gum. My mouth is just as clean yet feels better afterwords.<br /><br />I tossed my sonicare for three reasons.<br />1) it stopped holding a charge for long after a years' use<br />2) the replacement brushes cost too much<br />3) I can feel the electromagnetic field (emf) coming off the sonicare base a foot away.<br />An annoyance I put up with for a year so I am not that sensitive but finally had enough.<br />4) I don't want to be gripping a battery while brushing. If you are a person who can't wear a battery powered watch you know what I mean. OK, that's a 4th reason.<br /><br />Some people feel emf's some don't. I happen to be one who does feel them after a while.<br />Fortunately the Braun's base has a comparatively tiny emf and the battery is much smaller and located at the end of the handle where it may be easily avoided.
Electric Tooth Brush
This is a good buy for the money. I first bought one for my wife as a gift, and then purchased another for myself. I would reccomend this product to my friends.
Works well
Bought this for my mother. Her old toothbrush was dying and she could not find replacement heads easily. My mother says it works very well and is no problem for her. She can also find compatible heads with no problems.
great sonic brush for the price
This brush was recommended to me by my own dentist. He wanted me to try a sonic brush, but avoid paying the very high prices out there. The results so far have been nothing but very clean teeth and gums. There is also a 2 minute timer which helps a lot. I dont understand the negative feedback with a $20 brush. Yeah, it only has a 20,000 vpm instead of the 30,000 vpm expensive sonic brushes... but your cost is a fraction of those. Great buy forthe money.
