I have lots of very thick curly to kinky hair ...
I have lots of very thick curly to kinky hair and in five minutes on the highest setting my volume is reduced by half just by brushing my hair. It would take longer to get it perfectly straight, but it's a relief not having to work with all that hair.

Save your hair & time! Awesome product!
Since I have a lot of thick hair, I typically let it air dry, as it takes too long for me to blow dry it out, and it gets too hot. (I can only get the rubber band around my hair twice.) My hair is frizzy and is somewhat wavy at the ends. It normally takes me 45 min to straighten my hair, after it has been air dried out. The Jose Eber Digital Straitening Brush cut down the time dramatically! It took me between 10-20 minutes to straighten my hair. After letting my hair dry out overnight, it took me 10 minutes to straighten my hair, and I did not have any hair products in my hair! It took me the maximum of 20 minutes, to straighten my hair, after being left in a braid and bun all day. During that time, I used thermal heat protectant, and when I use heat protectant, I don’t spray a large amount. I do a few quick spritzes on my entire head, and then brush it through.<br />As with any electrical equipment, read the instructions. The instructions were clear, and made the brush very easy to use. The digital display is easy to read and see. The instructions make it easy to switch the temperature setting from Celsius to Fahrenheit. The temperature settings are from 320 degrees Fahrenheit to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The brush is not bulky, and it’s not heavy.<br />As recommended in the instructions, brush sections of the hair for easy and proper straightening. When I sectioned my thick hair, I was able to quickly straighten it. I used the straightener on the highest setting, and my hair did not smell like burnt hair. Normally when I use other straighteners, I am hesitant to start right next to the root, as I have been burned before from the steam of a typical hair straightener. I was able to safely and easily straighten my bangs with it, as the red silicone caps protect your scalp, and doesn’t burn your head. Even though I had the Jose Eber Digital Straightening Brush on the highest heat setting, my hair was not hot to touch. When using other typical hair straighteners on the highest setting, I tend to get the horizontal line from the flat irons’ plates idling a tad too long, on a section of the hair. Since this is a brush hair straightener, I did not have any horizontal lines! The brush made my hair smooth, and easy to brush through with my fingers. I love this straightening brush. It works wonders!
Better than a flat iron!
Got this over the weekend.. I have thin, fine hair. Actually adds volume to my hair!! So quick and easy. I just use it like a regular brush! Hair is super straight and shiny!

This is product is great, not only did it straighten my hair but it made it look healthy and shiny without having to put any sort of product in my hair after using it. It also cut down straightening time, it is faster and easy to use then a regular straightener.
Time saver
This has saved me 2 hours of hair duty!. My hair is very thick, curly and frizzy. This allows me to brush my hair first with normal brush, then use the hair brush straightener.<br />Some parts were more tangled than others, but after a few brushing and the brush straightener it took the tangles straight out. You must apply coconut oil or heat protector for my type of hair or it will fry and dry out the hair.Finished in 40 minutes.<br /><br />Only negative, when you grip the brush you will accidentally keep hitting the temperature buttons.The temperature buttons should be elsewhere maybe on the lower part of the brush.<br /><br />Definitely would recommend!
Great product!
This was a gift for my teenage daughter. She has long, thick, curly hair. It works really well. On my hair, which is shoulder length and thinner, it only took a few minutes to straighten. This product does not leave "pause marks" like a regular straightening iron. Also it is easy to do your roots without crimping. The only slightly negative thing is that you have to be careful not to hit the power button as it's on the handle. It gets really hot too!
