OULAC Shine to Shine Velvet Matte Lipstick, Long Lasting Creamy Formula, Opaque Finish, Vegan Friendly, 3.6 grams / 0.12 ounces, Summer Again (Y11) $12.99<br /><br />Very pretty matte lipstick. When it comes to matte lip color I always have to moisturize before applying. This initially was difficult to apply as it felt pretty dry. But as I used it more often it softens and applied evenly and opaque. A pretty purplish pink color best described as magenta. Not transfer proof but it does withstand some eating and drinking pretty well. I think this would look great on all skin tones. The bullet itself feels well made and sturdy, like it will not open up on one's bag. Feels like it is made of metal and feels heavy (for lipstick) in one's hand. Highly recommended!
