great color, natural lipstick! saying goodbye to the toxic stuff in other makeup products
Love This Powder
I am 60 years old and want a powder foundation that is quick, easy and not filled with nasty ingredients. This is a beautiful smooth powder that applies like a dream. The first time I wore it was when I had to go to my eye doctor, and she commented on how pretty my face looked. I applied it with a velour puff and loved the coverage. For a lighter sheer look I use a brush. Remember, how good it looks depends on how you prep your skin before application. The one little negative is that the oil in my t-zone does break through rather quickly, but I just blot and do a quick touch up. The only suggestion I have is that this compact REALLY NEEDS A MIRROR!
A non-toxic lipstick that doesn't leave you wanting for your old brand
I'm in the process of replacing my makeup with brands that use safer ingredients and am thrilled with this find! To my dismay, I've wasted a fair amount of money trying out more "natural" products with poor results. Pacifica's Devocean Lipsticks are not only natural, but excellent products!<br /><br />Pros:<br />- Does not contain iffy chemicals like most lipsticks, and has an EWG rating of 2<br />- Inexpensive; Half the cost of most non-toxic lipsticks<br />- Doesn't stain lips or surrounding skin;This is a huge perk for me. When I apply lipstick, I often get a bit of it outside of my lip line on the first few swipes. Many lipsticks I've used have left a color residue on my surrounding skin, even after I've wiped the product away. This lipstick doesn't!<br />- Smooth consistency; Not too slick or too dry. I would say it applies even better after a thin base layer of moisturizing lip balm, but this isn't necessary.<br />- Color can be built up and looks great at any "level"<br />- Applies evenly; I've found this is a major issue with many natural products that the Devocean lipsticks don't have.<br />- Perfect satin look; Not too slick or too matte.<br />- Color is fabulous<br />- Smells amazing; Has the most subtle hint of coconut (not overpowering, just nice).<br /><br />Cons:<br />- None. Put this is your cart!
I love this lipstick
I love this lipstick! It goes on soft and smooth and is moisturizing too. I have very dry skin and lips and my dry lips are much improved using this product and I do love the color.
Beautiful color, makes lips look full
I love this tenderness color. I'm pale with blonde hair and it is dark enough and very flattering. It fills in my lips, makes them look fuller, and lasts a long time. I hope I can always purchase this lipstick! Please never stop making it!

Although I did not make this purchase through Amazon, I would like to give my review. Just purchased yesterday at a store who normally doesn't carry this brand. On display and returnable if I didn't like. Tried rebel sol Pacifica lipstick and I knew as soon as I put it on it was a keeper. Instantly moistened my lips. Wish the company made more color choices, but the product overall is excellent. Would recommend and I am very fussy.
