Flavor and moisturizing are N/A as this is like a felt pen . It's a sharpie for your lips .It does come with a moisture stick but I don't use it . You might like it though . I was glad to find this item on line as I can no longer find it in local drug stores. I use a very light colored one , outline my lips and then fill in with colored gloss . It lasts most of the day .
