This is a great gel. It's cool and soothing. I use it after showering on sunburn or reddened areas. It relieves painful red, chapped and burned areas. Only need to apply it once. And a little goes a long way. Aloe gel is pretty much the same from brand to brand but the Panama Jack has a nice, light fragrance that my generic Target version doesn't have. My only (trivial) complaint is that I don't care for the cap. It's a stand plastic cap that flips up. I find these caps always break off at the hinge. I've bought this brand several times. It seems a little pricey but actually lasts a long time and goes a long way. totally worth it.
