Like the product...sometimes expensive.

I have to admit that I am uncomfortable with change, but when a product works so well, why try anything else? I started using Pantene in college, and I am still using it 25+ years later. It has changed over the years, so I have gone with the flow by choosing the specific product for my hair type. I have very long (to my waist), very thick, somewhat coarse hair that is starting to gray a tad. All of those issues can be real problems for hair products, but Pantene has always been great for me. I don't go to the salon often, but every time I do, the stylist is highly impressed by the health and shine in my hair. I have next to no damage, so split ends and friz are a non-issue. One bit of advice, though, is that I do use the shampoo plus conditioner product THEN I use the conditioner product as well. You just have to find what works for your hair.

This shampoo lives up to my expectations of Pantene products. I prefer a 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner because it eliminates a step in caring for my hair.
Works well as a shampoo, we still condition our hair after using this
This is one of two shampoos that we use in our home. We all have different types of hair (shorter to thigh length, straight to curly, thick to thin) so it is nice to find something that we all agree on. It cleans well without stripping the hair but we still condition our hair after washing it with this product - even though it has a conditioning component.
