Perfect size, great accessories.
My only complaint is that the controls are a little confusing. You set the temp and it presents the time to set, you set the time and it presents the temp to set again. (The secret is to just set each once lol.) Once you get that out of the way it is a great wax warmer. It is big enough for even the largest feet, or for both hands at once. I probably use more wax than most, so it takes about an hour for it to melt fully, most people will probably use less and melt faster.
Good machine but doesn't do what I need for it to do
This product is a good product but doesn't do what I need for it to do. I am looking for a machine that can be put on a timer because I need to use it everyday for arthritis. When you put this machine on a timer, it receives power at the proper time, but you still have to manually turn it off and on and set the temperature. However, the company has been more than gracious and kind in helping me and listening to my concerns. They have made things right to the best of their ability. If you just want a machine to turn on occasionally and set the temperature, this is a great machine.
