Best smelling incense ever.

Granted, preference to smell and aroma is quite personal, but this is the ONLY incense that I've ever loved; and I'm an aromatherapist. I found this while, interestingly enough, strolling thru a Ren Fair and a shop keeper was burning it. Heavenly.

An Incredibly Unique and Lovely Scent!

I use a lot of incense, and I'm always trying some new combination; but this is the BEST. The sandalwood is concentrated without any ashy smokiness, the vanilla is a delicate undertone, but the addition of vetivert is the icing on this cake. The clean, fresh outdoorsy scent of vetivert keeps the vanilla from being too cloying and enhances the sandalwood in a way I've never smelled in another incense. When I'm using it, everyone comments (even if they've commented before) on how great it smells. This includes my mother, who has long claimed to dislike any incense. Some people have been surprised to learn the great smell in the air is incense, thinking it's once of those expensive candles. It burns for about 45 minutes; but the scent lingers a long time. Nitiraj makes quality products, but I think this is their best combination. It's also my very favorite incense of all.

Lovely scent - one of my favorite incenses

I love incense - I have a LOT of it stashed away and love to burn it heavily (which drives my husband nuts!). I have discovered some lovely scents over the years, [[ASIN:B001DYLZBK Precious Chandan Incense]], [[ASIN:B0000ZUGS6 Sai Baba Nag Champa Incense 250 Grams]] among them. However, the loveliest incense it has ever been my pleasure to smell is Nitiraj's Masterpiece Collection scent Pariloka. On the package, it says "Share the realm of Angels ..." and that's an apt description of this incense, made with sandalwood, vanilla and vetivert. What a pity that Amazon.com doesn't carry it anymore. I know it is still being made, because I have discovered several places on-line that carry it - I do hope Amazon.com will decide to bring it back and make it available to its customers once again. In the meantime, if you should happen upon some, I can say with confidence that you should buy it, because you will love itl.

The best incense EVER!!

We have been buying this incense for 20 years! We first purchased it at a fair.. and loaded up each year when we went back to the fair. We moved away from where the fair was and forgot about it. Somehow, we had a few packets laying around and started using it again! Now, search the internet every few months to load up again! Such a wonderful aroma! We also place packets around the house to use as air freshener! So much better than those fake scents.. and less messy than the oils. Just love it!!!
