Worked Great For Me!

I believe the seller would have a lot more customers if they sent instructions along with the product. I used a 16 gauge piercing needle to create the hole. I wanted a bit larger hole because I put 2 cogs in the same entry point. The blunt end of the cannula went in just fine. I love cannula's rather than needles because they don't bruise. After you get it inserted all the way, back it off just a half inch and then push the exposed end of the thread in just a half inch. If you push in too much it will curl inside your skin. Push down with two fingers on the inserted end of the thread as you gradually pull the cannula out. Watch the exposed end as you pull to ensure the thread is not coming out with the cannula. I used the molding cog type and they engaged in the skin well. The hole healed nicely.
