I use this regularly in my weekly face mask. Combining it with manuka honey in a mask is really wonderful. I do not ingest it, I just use it on my skin.

I love this product !!! I've noticed my complexion has improved and I feel less inflamed. I've used it in my tea and in my smoothies. I recommend putting it in a smoothie because you can't taste it at all. When I put it in my black tea it didn't taste bad but it altered the taste so I prefer it in my smoothie ! I used this almost everyday so it lasted a little over a month.

Loooove this brand and this product is a must!!! Besides adding on my protein shake, I also experimented mixing with organic coconut oil and applyed to my face. The results were amazing. My skin was super soft and the soft sensation after my facial less 2-3 day. Also it works as a srub too
