I have had mine going on 2 years and absolutely love this product. Mine is not for diabetes but for a calcium injection so it carries a pen injector, sometimes a refill, the needles, alcohol wipes and ice pack. I do not use the slots for insulin bottles except for my refill cartridges of the pen. It has traveled with my through several airports and out of the country quite well. Beware of your ice pack when going through airport security. If it is not frozen or partially frozen they will toss it out, this happened to me once. Make sure you always use the brand ice pack as the FAA regulations require certain ice packs, and be prepared to have it checked at security for bomb materials. My pack has been great, I keep it packed and ready to go, even for hospital trips. One trick I learned, keep an old water bottle on trips to put my used needles in, then I can dispose of all of them easy (I was putting them back in my pack and bringing them home). The company was great help when I called them about my ice pack and the airport. I had ordered a new one but bought the wrong size so they sent me the new one in the correct size for free. I had called to make sure the packs would meet FAA regulations and all that so they took care of me. I now keep an extra with me and if need be will have the hotel freeze it if I don't have a freezer. This pack is a life saver for traveling for me.
