Had it for almost 6 years!
I have a lot of hair and made sure to get a powerful enough (2000 Watts) hair dryer to get the job done in less then 10 minutes so I can leave to work as quick as I can in the morning. I used this hair dryer about 3x/week for almost 6 years, it traveled around the world and lived with me in 4 different countries (yes, it is bi-volt 120/240V) and bared with different plug adapters and not until I dropped it in the floor the nth time that it fell into pieces. It is a little chubby and not very practical to travel, but honestly no small dryer (usually 1200W or less) is powerful enough to dry my hair quick enough, so I prefer to have this one for a daily use and an extra small one to travel, in case my destination does not include a hotel that offers hair dryer (so common this days). I strongly recommend this hair dryer for non-professional use and I am certainly getting a new one now that my old friend is broken
