Excellent Razor
I was using the same old, abused, uncared for Philips-Norelco electric razor for about 5 years and finally upgraded with this one. Used it for the first time today and it worked like a charm. I was impressed with how much closer it shaves (beyond what I expected), how much quieter it is and the fact you can just rinse with water to clean. On the cheeks it's as close as a razor.<br /><br />Rather than go with a brand new 8160 model for the same price, I went with a refurbished 9160 because it had the best reviews I could find. I can't say it would be worth upgrading from last year's model, because I wouldn't know; however, if you haven't upgraded for a few years, or if you've been thinking of giving electric another try, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
