I have pretty much used all face washing products on the market and Philips is the best I have experienced so far. The brush is neither soft nor hard and it manages the time for you won't let you over-cleaning.

OMG, This is the first facial cleaning machine I've ever purchased and used. I heard a lot not-so-impressed feedback from others who have had clearsonic and didn't use for long. However, I love this product. It made my face looks clean and shinny. I will stick with it as long as the product last.

This is the best facial cleaning product!!! I can't believe how much my skin feels much smoother after using it. It's light and easy to use. Most important it helps my skin to absorb my skin care better than before. It's so gentle and will not cause any break outs, which much better than other cleaning products! I strongly recommend this product because everywoman has to have this!
Love this scrubber!
I had a Clairisonic Pro in the past, and while I will say the sonic vibrations don't seem as strong, this unit cleans just as well (if not better) in half the time, and it's really comfortable and easy to use. The brush head isn't as large, but the brush head itself feels a lot more comfortable, and a lot less like sandpaper as the Clairisonic brush head did. The PureRadiance is much lighter and more ergonomic to hold and is half the price of a Clairisonic. Again, in my opinion it's a better fit for me. Not to mention my Clairisonic stopped charging after a year, and I paid a hefty sum for it. As with other reviewers, I think the charging base for the PureRadience leaves a little to be desired - it seems a bit flimsy, it charges the unit just fine and hasn't caused me any issues. In my opinion, even with the charging base, this still gets 5 stars especially given their competitors reliability and cost. So glad I purchased this!
