PHL Naturals Vitamin C Hydrating facial cleanser
This is a very gentle cleanser that I love to use daily. I needed a gentle cleanser for my sensitive blemish-prone skin. It goes on smooth and rinses off cleanly. I'll buy it again.
Very gentle and non-irritating formula
The last product that I tried with vitamin C in it was a daily serum from Avon, and it left my face burning, itchy and red. Not so with the PHL Vitamin C Hydrating Cleanser!<br />I have been using this cleanser morning and night for about a week now and I like the results! I look more awake in the morning after using this product and the circles under my eyes are not as dark. There is no itching or burning sensation when applying this product. It hydrates the skin; my face feels a little firmer and is not dry and itchy. My son has been using this product as well and it helps to control his acne. In one week the pimples on his forehead reduced to 1/3 of their size and became less red by simply using this cleanser.<br />My cleaning routine starts by squeezing a quarter sized portion of cleansing lotion into my palm. I use my hands to apply the lotion to my face and neck, leave it on for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then gently rinse most of it off with my hands and warm water using circular scrubbing motions. Finally I pat my face and neck dry with a towel.<br />The closest product that I have used that is similar to this cleanser is the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, but it did not list the antioxidants and vitamin C that the PHL cleanser contains.<br /><br />~ I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review
So hydrating. My skin is happy.
I have been using the cleanser for a couple of weeks now. It comes out as a cream. I take a small dab on my finger and then rub in onto my face. I then take water and rub it some more and work it into my skin. I then rinse it off and then finish with a towel and wipe my face clean. I love this vitamin C cleanser. My face feels so renewed after using it. If you have makeup on I would suggest using a stronger makeup remover to get all the makeup off. Especially the eye area where makeup can be harder to get off. I then follow up with this cleanser and it makes my face so smooth and it feels so hydrated. I tend to use this before going to bed instead of in the morning. When I purchase items on Amazon I take the time to read reviews and base my decision on reviews from other buyers. Knowing how much I rely on reviews I make sure to take the time to review the product. I only purchase items that I would purchase anyway and use with that said I did receive this item at a small discounted price or completely free. My opinion is 100% my own and was not influenced in any way by the seller. It is my own honest and unbiased opinion. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.
Hydrating and great ingredients
My 24-year old daughter is very happy with this cleanser. I knew she would like the rose water and aloe. We both might buy it again.
