Good product with design issues

The mask is absolutely terrifying when lit, but, works great, and has really been helping tame my breakouts! I use this before bed on the blue light, sometimes a second cycle with the red or purple. Only issues Ive had, which are pretty annoying but not a deal breaker, are that: 1. The wire connecting the control box to the wall needs to be wiggled around and sitting just right or else the lights in the mask will flicker, 2. the head strap pops out of the casing easily. Even with those issues, it's better than paying monthly for light therapy treatments.
