This just works!

Great eye makeup remover. Just a small amount loosens all eye makeup, even waterproof mascara with no wiping with a cloth or pad. Just smear it around (no stinging) and follow with facial wash/makeup remover and it rinses right away. Way cheaper than the name brand product I was using that didn't work as well! Lasts and lasts, a little goes a long way.
