Great starter cupping kit! Easier to use than expected.
Have been to many doctors who canโt seem to help me and have been getting into alternative therapies. I have an understanding of how circulation is key for the body to heal. I have been using it next to my knees and it appears to be helping. I bought a book on cupping here on Amazon to learn more. Canโt beat the price to see if this works for you! This cupping set works great! my husband has lots of back pain and a shoulder strain.He said it has really helped take some pressure off his back after a long work day.Directions are not easy to read so definitely look up a few YouTube videos.Recommended!
Easy to use and feels good for healing muscles or just to increase circulation
I am recovering from a car accident and both my physical therapist and chiropractor suggested I try cupping to increase blood flow to my shoulder for better healing and getting rid of stagnant toxins from my injury that slow the process. Told my family and got this as a gift from my sister. Came just as pictured. Very easy to use with the suction gun and also safe as well. It leaves a bruise on my sore area and it is more purple where I have the most issues. I feel much better throughout the week it takes for the most purple spots to resolve and it gets lighter each time. My muscles move more easily in these area with increased range of motion. I also like the various sizes because it works for smaller harder to reach areas around my rotator cuff. Finally these stay on nice and tight and with a simple pull at the end of the cup it releases. Overall I would recommend
