A regional hidden gem!
My mother is from ohio and used pinxav on us as children, and after my first child was born and national branded diaper cream didn't cut it, she insisted I try this product...it is amazing! It is thick and creamy, and smells like cloves. And baby's butt is perfect! I will never use anything other than pinxav!
