Absolutely Loved This!

These were so much fun! I felt like I was using a high end Hollywood face mask. I suffer from mild rosacea and this definitely gave my face a calming and soothing feeling. I left them on for 15 minutes, and did them once a week. I'm having withdrawals now that I ran out, but I really loved this item. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spice up their beauty routine. I have sensitive skin as well and this was very mild on my face.

Exactly what I needed during these drying winter months!

This is only my second experience with Korean skincare and I must say, I am in love. I was so excited to receive these masks as a gift! It has only been a couple of days since I tried my first mask, so I cannot speak to whether or not it prevents blemishes, BUT I can say that it was absolutely what my face needed during these drying winter months. With the heater and cold wind, my face has been super dry, no matter how much I have moisturized. The mask left my face feeling refreshed and soft. It is super easy to use - just take out the package, put it on your face, and relax for 10-15 minutes. I have very sensitive skin and am careful about what I put on my face and am also very sensitive to smells and this product has no noticeable smell at all. I highly recommend this product for soft, fresh skin.

As Advertised- Really nice salon-quality face smoothing treatment

I have been seeing these kind of moisture/calming masks on some of the morning talk shows so decided to try Yew Tree Stem Cell Perfect Calming Soothing Mask. Korean beauty is hot right and needed to try as I LOVE finding new beauty products. Most plant stem cell beauty products use the Edelweiss, a mountain flower so Yew Tree a stem cell product from the Yew Tree is intriguing. They come wrapped in 5 individual packages with full description and directions on each. I started with a freshly cleansed face and added the very wet mask to my face. Took a little finagling to get it in place but once I did, it stayed in place. The strip that goes above the lip could be a bit wider, as that is a spot that could use some smoothing for some women, but all the rest is pretty "face friendly". I let it sit for 20 minutes, rinse with cool water and was pleasantly surprised at how fresh my face looked. No need for any additional moisturizer. I dabbed a little eye cream under my eyes and was good to go. Also, as to not let a drop of the soothing elixir that is leftover in the package and fingers, I smooth it over my neck and decolletage. Very nice! I am in my early 50's and it really is nice to look fresh and dewy-skinned, even if it is just a temporary home beauty treatment. Huge splurge for me but if you went to a salon, it would cost you a whole lot more. A luxurious splurge that makes your face look, and feel special. A friend is getting married this Spring and can't afford expensive salon treatments, so I am putting a special spa bag together for her and a couple single packages of Yew Tree Stem Cell Perfect Calming Soothing Mask will be front and center in her "home" salon treatment pack. I am pleased with this product. I almost took a star away for the too thin strip for the above lip area but that could just be me being cranky. Seemed like a lot of care and research went into making it and it shows.

Wonderful for that cooling, soothing feeling!

Using these plant stem cell beauty masks is my first time with a mask like this, but I enjoyed the experience! I was not sure what to expect, because most of the writing on the package is in another language, with just a few short English translations, so there was not a lot of detailed explanation of how to use the mask. However, it ended up being quite easy. It's an odd looking thing (and maybe a bit silly if your family sees you walking around with it!), but it managed to fit my face very well. The mask itself was very moist, and it comes folded in the original packaging. There are holes for eyes/nose/mouth, and the edges are cut so that they can fit around the contours of a 3-dimensional face. It took a few moments of maneuvering to get everything in the right spot, but that was really no problem at all. Though the directions say to leave on for 10-15 minutes, I ended leaving mine on for just over 30 minutes, as the mask doesn't totally dry out. It felt really nice on my face - cool and soothing. It seemed very therapeutic, even if it is only for the sake of enjoying that cooling, relaxing feeling on your face at the beginning or end of your day. I can't speak to any healing properties of plant stem cells, as I think it would take regular, consistent use of these masks to evaluate any change in skin conditions. I did not personally notice anything different about my skin the day after use. I really do think the best use is just for the relaxing, cooling feeling. This would probably be great for people with dry or sensitive skin (such as flaky skin, eczema, etc). I would anticipate that it won't necessarily heal, but it will provide some relief.
