5 star product as far as how much hair it removes. Of course you have to remove opposite the way hair grows. Makes a mess so I recommend doing this outside. It's also a little big for my hand. I couldn't pick the hair out, had the rinse in the sink, so for these reasons I gave it a 4. As far as the bigger bristles for the tub, my dogs go nuts, they LOVE it.
