I didn't buy it from this seller, but my local CVS. I was at first disappointed because it seemed like the item didn't work, since it didn't produce steam within the 90 seconds as advertised (or 10 minutes after) and the light kept flicking on and off. However, about 15-20 minutes later, it started producing steam and worked great. I'm assuming this is because it's the first time it's been turned on, and it'll work as advertised the next time I use it.
