Great stool
I am very pleased with this stool. It is steady, looks good and is excellent value.
Great for shower
The bench is super quality. It is a little larger than I had expected but works great. I would recommend it.
Good product; GREAT customer service!
Like the other reviewers pointed out, this item is pretty large. It doesn't look like it would be, but the dimensions are deceptive. I thought we had a decent-size shower enclosure, but even in that the bench takes up a surprising lot of space. However, it's very well made and sturdy and the bench is fairly comfortable (as much as any flat wood surface is), so I expect to get used to the amount of space it takes up. I like the adjustable leg height and the rubber tips on the feet, which you don't always find on this type item.<br /><br />What I am MOST impressed with is the customer service. The first one of these I ordered arrived very promptly (sooner than promised), and was easy to put together and use, but then after only 2 days, one side of the wooden bench split all the way through (as if 2 pieces of wood had been poorly joined together....but on the other half of the bench, it did look like just one piece of wood). I contacted amazon to get return information from the seller, and instead, the seller emailed me directly, and apologized, told me to TOSS the defective item (rather than return it), and promptly sent me a free replacement! And that one also arrived very promptly, was equally easy to set up, and so far is working great. How awesome to NOT have to mess with boxing up the old one and sending it back!<br /><br />So my overall rating is that it's a good product, with EXCELLENT customer service behind it. I'm pleased with my purchase.
