good beginner kit
this is my first experience with polygel. i've always been reluctant to get fake nails, but my natural nails are very thin and weak and prone to breakage, so i finally decided to try this out. it takes a little practice to get right, but it's really fairly easy once you get the hang of it, and polygel is thankfully very forgiving in terms of working time. now i still keep my nails pretty short, but i haven't experienced issues with constant flaking and breaking like i usually do since my nails are reinforced. they last several weeks as long as you prep correctly, and so far haven't damaged my natural nails.
Great for beginners
Easy to use. Looks great. Nail light doesn't cure well.
For beginner gel-doers only
If youโre a beginner, these are perfect for switching out and trying new things. However if youโre here for durability, these are probably not for you. Very pretty colors, and I like that it does come with everything, but they snapped off after a day.
You get a lot for your money
I like that I was able to get all these items at an affordable price. Every looks good, but I think I received nail polish remover instead of slip solution.
Everything you need and want
I like that this is a complete set to do your nails including the un light. It comes with different color gels, base and top coat, a file and a clipper. As far as the package that it comes in, it is not good, just a zip lock bag so I took a star because of that. But it creates beautiful nails in minutes. This is my second attempt on doing my own nails. Check the pictures and see what I mean. It also come with charming decor/glitter stars for nails<br />Update: so I have removed my first set of nails and found discoloration on two of my nails( see pics), almost like a green color....what is it? Is it safe?
