Very heavy duty molds. Should last a lifetime. Expect each finished bar to weigh 50g. Each mold will hold 200g of product.

Perfect!
Since getting this I canโt stop using it. I re-melt grocery store bars and mold them in here because the texture and size it creates is perfect. Add some vanilla extract and a sprinkle of salt and your basic chocolate (looking at you, Montezuma) just got elevated to chocolatier status.

Great product only flaw..... factory scratches
This product, works very well. I have two trays that take about 5.5oz each to fill. I let the chocolate set at room temperature then briefly chill in fridge before removing from the mold. They come out very easily and clean. Be careful not to have too fast of a temperature change as you will cause a sugar bloom.<br />The only flaw in this product is the scratches. Both my trays gave an identical deep scratch in each of the four corners. Obviously from poor handling in the production process. Other then that it's better then my other molds.
I've had a few scratches that show up in my chocolate bars.
The scratches are not too deep and not wide spread, just not pro quality, and these are pretty expensive molds.
